We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen our AI Assistant services and we’re committed to making your experience as smooth as possible. Before we start creating your AI Assistant, we kindly request you to take a moment to go through the following Terms of Service ("Terms") or ("Terms and Conditions").

Remember, by accessing our services, you’re giving us your thumbs-up to these Terms.

Understanding Your Subscription and Payments

We provide AI Assistant services with a simple payment structure that includes a one-time fee for creation, training, and implementation plus a lifetime support and maintenance. After this you need an active subscription to use your AI Assistant.

Your subscription starts from the first of the month that follows your purchase. From then on, we will bill you every month, on the first, for the  package based on the amount of words your AI Assistant used in the previous month.

Our starter package ensures a minimum billing of $19/month.

If your usage exceeds the word limit of our starter package, we will automatically upgrade you to a higher package tier that matches your usage on your next billing. This is to ensure that your AI Assistant doesn’t stop mid-sentence or run out of words. Once upgraded, this will be your default package moving forward.

We understand that payment issues may arise, so if a payment fails, we will attempt to process it three times within seven days. However, if payment is still unsuccessful, the AI Assistant service may face suspension or termination.

Please note that all charges are final and non-refundable. By using our services, you agree to not initiate a chargeback claim on your credit card or any other payment method for any fees paid to us.

By subscribing you agree to keep an active subscription for at least 12 months.

You can cancel your subscription anytime after 12 months, with a 30 days notice by contacting our support staff via email or by using the contact form on our website. 

Our lifetime support only applies to accounts in good standing and with an active subscription.

Service Availability and Your Usage

Our team at Chat Solutions works tirelessly to ensure the AI Assistant services are always up and running. However, we can't guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding that we are not liable for any inconveniences or damages arising from such interruptions.

While using our AI Assistant services, you're in charge!

You're responsible for the content and usage within your organization. Remember, while you retain ownership of your content, we have the right to collect and analyze data to improve our services.

Changes and Privacy Matters

We reserve the right to modify our services or even the Terms of Service whenever needed. In such cases, your continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Intellectual Property and Legalities

All things creative related to the AI Assistant services are the intellectual property of Chat Solutions or its licensors. Any attempt to modify or distribute them without our written consent is not allowed. All the data and knowledge of your AI Assistant remains your property, but understand that some information cannot be transferred in case of termination of service.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify us from any liabilities arising from your usage. We adhere to the laws of our jurisdiction and expect you to comply with all relevant laws and regulations as well.

Lastly, please remember that our services might integrate with or provide links to third-party services. We do not control or take responsibility for these third-party services.
